Welcome to Knex! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to the Knex website and AI-driven marketplace.
  • “Business User” refers to post-revenue startups seeking fractional executive services.
  • “Fractional Executive” refers to professionals offering part-time executive services.
  • “User” refers to both Business Users and Fractional Executives collectively.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Knex.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Services Overview

  • Business Users: Can request, review, and hire Fractional Executives.
  • Fractional Executives: Can create profiles, receive leads, and enter contracts with Business Users.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Knex charges service fees to Business Users for successful matches.
  • Fractional Executives may be charged a subscription or commission fee, as applicable.
  • Payments must be made via the Platform’s approved methods.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Business Users:

    • Provide accurate project details and payment information.
    • Comply with applicable laws and employment regulations.

  • Fractional Executives:

    • Ensure profiles are accurate and services are delivered professionally.
    • Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

7. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep all confidential information obtained through the Platform private and not disclose it to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

Knex retains ownership of all Platform content, excluding User-generated content.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Business Users and Fractional Executives should first be resolved through Knex’s mediation service. If unresolved, arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction] is required.

10. Termination

  • Knex may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability
